1. Scope of Services

Platinum Services provides comprehensive on-ground travel services, including:

• Pre-booked accommodations in verified 3★, 4★, or luxury resort categories.
• Private dedicated air-conditioned vehicles with professional chauffeurs.
• Inter-island ferry tickets, sightseeing transfers, and adventure guides as specified in each confirmed package.
• Exclusions: We do not provide airline ticket bookings or international VISA services.

2. Booking & Confirmation

A package booking is confirmed upon receipt of the agreed advance token amount and issuance of a formal booking confirmation voucher with detailed itinerary breakdown.

3. Traveler Identification

All adult guests must carry valid government-issued photo identification (Aadhaar Card, Passport, or Voter ID) during check-ins at hotels and ferry boarding gates.

4. Force Majeure & Weather Delays

In the event of severe weather conditions, landslides, road closures, or government travel restrictions, our team will coordinate alternate sightseeing or reschedule itineraries to ensure passenger safety.
